The four planks
- Debt & Spending — A $120M off-balance-sheet loan helped kill the Willoughby rec centre, and $177M in new borrowing is folded into the 2026 capital budget. Council needs someone who reads the footnotes.
- Real Amenities — Residents have been paying amenity contributions for years. We are owed a library, a pool, and a rec centre that actually get built.
- Housing Development — Build quality matters. Tree retention matters. And affordable housing belongs close to transit, jobs, and services so the total cost of living actually goes down.
- Transportation — Frequent transit, safer streets, and roads that don't fall apart between budget cycles.
