Methodology. 2026 starting rate is the Township's official municipal residential rate from Bylaw 6213 ($2.0054 per $1,000 of assessed value, Class 01 Residential). The yearly increases applied — 22.80% in 2027, 4.79% in 2028, 4.21% in 2029, 4.43% in 2030 — come from the Township of Langley's own approved 5-Year Financial Plan. This is the municipal portion of your property tax only. It does not include school, hospital, regional district, or TransLink levies. Assessed values from BC Assessment 2026 roll.
